What is the harm of Stevia Herb? - stevia japan

Stevia is a sweet herb and is used as a source of sugar in many countries, including Japan, I wonder what is the damage from that long for its use?

There has been no documentation of any adverse effects of pure stevia.

It has been used in South America for 1500 years with the same result.

Although not a nutritionist, I have worked with that is a big fan of stevia, which is of course work and has few side effects other sweeteners, natural and artificial.

Of course, everything can be exaggerated.

Stevia is sold in some countries, because they tested their government health care. This does not mean that it has been found "bad", but have not been tested.
