Arizona Probate Is It Possible To Get Insurance On A Vehicle That Is Going Through Probate Court?

Is it possible to get insurance on a vehicle that is going through probate court? - arizona probate

That is the situation: My grandmother died last month and at the time of his death, she owned a house and 2 cars. My uncle was the executor of the estate, and asked me to go and with real estate in Arizona until he can only get from there in January. And now we have included all of his property to his car by the Probate Court. What I know is that it is possible for me the insurance from one of their cars, so that you, while I'm there, would you?

PS: For those of you who do not know that Arizona law requires that all vehicles must be insured on the street.

Were uninsured before they die? And it's insurance, if any, still in force? His uncle, as executor of the estate, you can get insurance, they are not insured. Insurance is not waived if they are insured. Look in the glove compartment of your insurance card and registration. Ask your maturity. Then the written consent of his uncle's will to drive them away.

Yes, but you must get permission from the executor of the training.
You can insure a car, it's your money.
