I live in Ohio (I am a student who has been here 2 years), but I am originally from Pennsylvania and a pilot to allow the Palestinian Authority. My license expired on 2/3/09 PA and I just want a license in Ohio, because I live in Ohio preparing for some time, have an apartment or a house address, and I am registered to vote here. I called my local BMV in Ohio, and was told that I basically Drivers Ed again must have! I want to get a license, temporary permit, and then I could get my license and my real switch license.
